Here’s how it works: I read something queer that we use as a jumping off point. We all write for 15 minutes- a poem, a blurb, whatever. Then we share what we wrote (optional!) and take a few minutes to respond to each other’s work. Then we do this a second time, and then a chance to share again. All levels welcome!
For all people. The way it works: -Show up at the Open Mic on Zoom (dates coming soon!) -Sign up for a reading slot (3 poems or <5 minutes) -Listen to the featured poet (and tip if you can!) -Listen to all the other poets and share. -Exchange contacts and build community!

Writers.com’s 2022 Novel Writing Intensive. https://writers.com/novel-writing-intensive I am a novelist who was selected for the Writers.com’s 2022 Novel Writing Intensive. I will be writing a new novel with trans characters over the next 9 months and seeking publication after that. This intensive will provide me with instruction, connections, feedback, motivation, and more.
